Position Overview
As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization's success by overseeing all aspects of human resources, with a strong focus on recruitment. You will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring talented individuals to join our institute. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies to support our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Manage employee leave requests and maintain leave records.
- Handle employee grievances and provide resolution in a timely manner.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Conduct regular meetings with department heads to discuss HR issues and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in end to end HR activities, with a focus on recruitment.
- Experience working in a hospital chain, medical institute, school, or college is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- SHRM certification is a plus.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: ₹14,350.48 - ₹49,410.91 per month
- Benefits: Paid sick time, Paid time off
- Schedule: Day shift
- Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus
