Position Summary

Full job description Salary: $36k - 500k per year + Benefits Package Reference: CMR 4/30-5. gpac offers an excellent work‑life balance in a fast‑paced work environment. You will help transform people’s lives by placing them in ideal positions with our clients while enjoying a robust benefits package.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.

Commission‑driven position with the opportunity to earn between 30–75% of your production, plus an unlimited earning potential with no cap. Includes a benefits package.
