This isn't an HR role where you simply oversee processes from behind a desk. You'll be actively involved in recruiting great talent, coaching leaders, navigating employee relations, ensuring compliance, improving HR processes, and helping shape the employee experience across the organization.

What You’ll DoTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning- Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
- Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
- Deliver an organized, consistent onboarding experience
- Monitor recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements
- Coach leaders through employee relations matters and workplace issues
- Conduct investigations and support corrective action and termination decisions
- Apply company policies consistently and fairly
- Resolve complex employee situations with professionalism and sound judgment
- Support employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and policy administration
- Coordinate leave programs including Workers' Compensation, TDI, FMLA, ADA, and accommodations
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Identify risks and recommend practical solutions
- Build strong relationships with employees and leaders across the organization
- Support leadership development and accountability initiatives
- Assist with workforce reporting and HR metrics
- Partner with Payroll and Shared Services to ensure accurate employee information
- Participate in special projects that improve the business
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience
- Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Ability to independently manage sensitive employee matters
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong business judgment and decision-making ability
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience supporting construction, restoration, manufacturing, or other operational environments
- Experience supporting multi-site or rapidly growing organizations
