Salary Range: $42,988.54 To $62,333.39 Annually
JOB SUMMARYThe Human Resources Specialist provides support in various areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, and benefits under the guidance of the Director of Recruitment and Employee Engagement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of hand-on HR or relevant administrative experience
- Knowledge of local and national laws as they apply
- Interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Data analysis of metrics
- Problem solving and creating solutions
- Proficient with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking software (ATS)

Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
