Role Description The HR Coordinator’s primary responsibilities include coordinating Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, and Employee Engagement. The HR Coordinator will keep abreast of the latest developments in employment law to determine how company HR policies might potentially be affected. The HR Coordinator is detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field;additional education in Human Resource Management aplus.
• At least one year experience as a practitioner in ADP Workforce Now. (preferred)
• At least one year of experience involved in administrative tasks such as onboarding, recruitment, and employee database management.
• Working knowledge of U.S. and Hawaii labor laws and employment regulations.
• In-depth understanding ofsourcing toolslike resume databases and online/offlinecommunitiesand experience with social media recruiting.
• Strong individual accountabilitywithabilityto work as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage data with confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay Rate $25-$27/hr. depending on experience. (Non-Exempt position)
