Job Description & How to Apply Below

Are you looking for an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic, fast‑growing dermatology services company? Epiphany Dermatology, headquartered in Austin, TX, is on a mission to improve access to dermatology services and provide exceptional patient care in underserved markets across the U.S.

We are looking for a service‑oriented, motivated individual to join us as a Human Resources Business Partner to accomplish this mission. With ambitions to increase our reach over the next four to five years, our quickly expanding company has gone from a single site in 2015 to over 100 dermatological clinics nationwide.

Our employees are the key to our success and we’re proud to offer eligible employees great benefits (many at no cost!), perks like free skin care, generous time‑off plans, the opportunity for growth, and the chance to be part of a purpose‑driven organization taking patient care to the next level.

We are excited to grow our team with individuals who are as passionate about our patients as we are and invest a lot of time and energy in our employees’ development because we believe being a part of the Epiphany team is a career opportunity—not just another job.

What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who has a desire to help build our organization as a premier employment destination. In this role you will be a part of a growing organization that provides limitless opportunities for career growth. You will continually evaluate programs, recommend improvements, and help build training tools and systems to better support our teammates.

As HRBP you serve as a single point of contact for the multi‑site operations in your assigned region(s) to ensure they receive exceptional HR support and guidance. This position plays a pivotal role, working closely with regional operational management, in building trust, being viewed as an HR expert on the company’s policies, procedures, and benefits, and delivering high‑quality information with the necessary empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

We’d also be ecstatic if you had an expert knowledge level of labor laws, regulation, benefit administration, conflict management and all things people! In this role you will be responsible for supporting clinics in certain geographic areas... so travel will be required.

What you’ll do

Play an active role in recruiting and onboarding new employees in the assigned region(s). This includes candidate sourcing, recruiting, welcome emails, completion of new hire paperwork, new hire orientation, etc.

Consult with operational management to provide HR guidance to the field with a focus on training, coaching, and mentoring supervisors and actively managing employee satisfaction across the region(s).

Maintain a strong understanding of company benefits and the guidelines and policies outlined in the company’s handbook to be perceived as a credible HR expert able to resolve complex employee relations issues.

Drive local employee engagement initiatives to enhance the employee experience and offer employee support to each staff member.

Maintain in‑depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day‑to‑day management of employees to reduce the company’s risk and ensure compliance. Partner with the Legal department on more complex matters as needed.

Assist and provide effective, thorough, and objective support with performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, employee meetings, and corrective action, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of reported issues. For more complex employee relations issues, collaborate appropriately with HR Director, CPO, and Legal.

Develop and maintain positive and trustworthy relationships across all levels of the organization to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Work proactively and collaboratively with assigned region(s) to diagnose and prioritize workforce needs, provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, and succession plans.
