E Noa Corporation is hiring a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and labor law compliance onsite in Honolulu.
Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end recruitment workflow, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and new hire onboarding.
- Coordinate and improve new hire orientations to support a smooth transition into the organization.
- Plan and run monthly initiatives aimed at building a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations to support a compliant workplace.
- Use ADP systems to track, report, and manage HR data.
- Partner with management on employee relations, including conflict resolution and support related to performance management and development.
- Education:
High school or equivalent (Required); an associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. - Experience:
2+ years in HR roles (Required); equivalent HR experience is acceptable in place of preferred education. - Proven HR experience across recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with labor law compliance and applicable HR regulations.
- ADP systems experience highly preferred
. - Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle HR information with professionalism.
