Position Summary
As a Recruiter, you will partner with candidates and clients to deliver exceptional staffing solutions across a variety of industries and skill levels. You will be responsible for sourcing talent, conducting interviews, maintaining recruiting records, building client relationships, and ensuring successful placements. This role requires a consultative approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
Job Description:Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates.Conduct detailed candidate evaluations to assess qualifications, experience, skills, and culture fit.Perform high-volume recruiting activities to identify and engage top talent across multiple industries and functional disciplines.Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and direct sourcing efforts.Interview prospective candidates to evaluate their qualifications, work history, career goals, and placement potential.Promote job opportunities and effectively communicate employment details to candidates.Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and placement information within the company's CRM and internal systems.Receive and create new job orders from clients, ensuring all requirements and position details are documented accurately.Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, workplace culture, and position requirements.Conduct client intake discussions and gather information necessary to identify and present qualified candidates.Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding activities.Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to candidates and employees to support successful placements and retention.Monitor candidate and client satisfaction while addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.Meet recruiting, placement, and activity goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.Position Requirements:
Previous experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, staffing, talent acquisition, bartending, or serving preferred.Proven ability to build relationships, engage customers, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.Strong customer service and relationship management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Familiarity with social media platforms and online sourcing tools preferred.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.Ability to work respectfully with others and embody the company's culture and core values.What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
