Our 2027 Human Resources Internship offers students the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment while learning from experienced HR professionals.

This internship is designed for students who are eager to learn, grow, build meaningful connections, and gain real‑world experience that will prepare them for a successful career in Human Resources and Hospitality.

• Support the HR team with day‑to‑day Human Resources operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding activities.
• Help maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
• Partner with hotel leadership and HR teams to support employee needs and initiatives.
• Gain exposure to key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Demonstrate a warm, professional, and service‑focused attitude with guests, associates, and leadership.
• Follow all hotel policies, brand standards, safety procedures, confidentiality expectations, and grooming standards.
• Learn and contribute in a fast‑paced hospitality environment while developing valuable professional skills.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related degree program preferred.
• Strong interest in hotel operations, hospitality leadership, guest service, and career growth within the hotel industry.
• Previous hotel, customer service, retail, or campus leadership experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor with a positive and service‑oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periods of time.
