First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced, supportive, organized Branch Call Support Consultant to join our Service Delivery Division. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting Branches, Call Center, and other departments in assisting customers with the resolution of operational inquiries and concerns. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $45,500 - $59,000/yr; commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (hours may vary).

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a branch environment required
  • Familiarity with technology systems
  • Work experience in a customer service-oriented field preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
  • Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through
  • Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
  • Good time management skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to work various hours, days, weekends and holidays
