A leading global biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Director to lead Early Clinical Development activities in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role requires expertise in CNS translational medicine and early clinical development. The successful candidate will guide strategic program decisions and collaborate across functions to integrate clinical studies with discovery efforts. Candidates must have an MD, MD/PhD, or PhD with subspecialty training and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

This position offers a salary range of $186,489 to $278,875 with comprehensive benefits.
