The Systems Analyst I is responsible for implementing, enhancing, maintaining, and monitoring infrastructure systems/applications. Provides production support and assists in executing strategic roadmaps with focus on server administration and management of associated infrastructure systems/applications (e.g. Physical Servers, Virtual Server Hosts/Storage, VMWare, Backup Systems). Systems/applications supported may also include but are not limited to Email, virtual desktop infrastructure, network systems, cloud computing, backup systems and security systems.
HoursMonday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hours may vary)
CompensationThe annual salary range for this role is $58,/yr; commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Ideal Candidate Will Have- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related, or an equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience
- Professional certifications in technology from vendors such as Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, and/or related, or equivalent work experience with technology from these vendors.
- 2 years’ experience in Information Technology field supporting and maintaining infrastructure/applications.
- Working knowledge in setup and troubleshooting of server hardware and operating systems
- Familiar with systems administration and data management
- Familiar with network infrastructure components, including hardware and security tools
- Knowledgeable of virtualization solutions
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with end-users
- Knowledge of information security and how it relates to management of infrastructure
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
