This Information Technology and Agile Services opportunity provides a challenging role on a high-visibility DoD program through engineering and operations support to the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI). Leidos is seeking an on-site Enterprise Operations Manager - West (Shift
5) for the Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) contract. Leidos will deliver the core backbone of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet, including cybersecurity services, network operations, service desk, and data transport, to support the Navy in unifying shore-based networks and data management.

• Provide on-site Current Operations leadership support to the SMIT NMCI Network Operations - West location in Pearl Harbor, HI, collaborating with the NOC Lead in Meridian  PRLH Net Ops Site Lead.
• Lead and oversee the SMIT NMCI PRHL NOC West Current Operations Team responsible for monitoring and reporting on incidents and events impacting the infrastructure and network; direct staff on incident, event and troubleshooting activities.
• Communicate with Leidos Leadership, PEO-Digital, and NNWC customers focusing on COMPACFLT, USINDOPACOM, and NCTAMS PAC; respond to alerts and events from triage through resolution, including escalations as appropriate.
• Document daily shift activities in reporting and ticketing tools and ensure proper handoff of outstanding issues; provide incident notification to Government representatives.
• Ensure 24x7x365 operation of SMIT NMCI capabilities, providing on-site leadership and meeting support with customers at Pearl Harbor and surrounding area.

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or IT Disciplines with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or Master of Science with 6-10 years of relevant experience. Education can be substituted with experience.
• Experience in large DoD Enterprise Operations (EO) capabilities and leading 5 IT professionals across multiple EO locations in a large geographical area.
• Ability to work independently to assess and assign actions; ability to coordinate IT tasks across capabilities teams and communicate between Government and Leidos teams.
• Understanding of ITIL processes with emphasis on Incident, Problem, and Change Management, plus related areas such as Request Fulfillment, Configuration, Release, and Deployment Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with customer representatives, domain experts, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work with people from diverse disciplines and environments; understanding of GOCO and GOGO-CS government contracts.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with a Secret clearance; able to meet IAT II requirements (e.g., Sec+).
• Able to work difficult troubleshooting problems, sometimes up to 24 hours; occasional travel may be required.

• Understanding of DISA IT Support capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge in IT, Communications Systems, Network Transport Infrastructure, NOC, and Service Desk Management.
• Experience with Navy Process Reference Model (NPRM) and Navy/USMC Enterprise ITSM Framework processes.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification(s).

• Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operations teams.
• Works independently on larger, moderately complex projects and tasks; may assist others with high visibility assignments.

• Addresses complex technical issues using best practices and collaboration; responds to senior-level customer and internal queries in a timely and accurate manner.

• Coordinates with colleagues across multiple technology areas and explains complex processes and procedures to others within the organization.

• Obtains clarification from Government leaders and communicates it to Leidos capabilities teams; leads a diverse staff across a 24x7x365 enterprise.

• Working knowledge of technical operations standards, with emphasis on operations and cybersecurity in unclassified and classified environments across geographically diverse centers.

Pay Range: $92,300.00 - $
