Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Network Technician to join one of our major healthcare client's Net Tel Services team. This consultant will support enterprise network and telecommunications operations, working independently to troubleshoot issues, support infrastructure, and ensure reliability across clinics. The role requires hands‑on technical support, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, highly regulated healthcare environment.

- 1+ year experience supporting enterprise IT, network, or telecommunications environments; hands‑on troubleshooting, networking, and telephony experience.
- Working on routers, switches, and phones; strong communication skills and comfort supporting end users and technical teams.
- Comfortable with travel;
Service Now experience. - CCNA or COMPTIA certification.
- Cisco experience.
