Job Summary Obsidian Solutions Group is seeking a Program Analyst to support Marine Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC) at Camp H.M. Smith, Oahu, Hawaii. MARFORPAC serves as U.S. Indo-Pacific Command's (INDOPACOM) senior Marine Corps headquarters, requiring dedicated onsite analyst presence. The Program Analyst will be responsible for capturing theater-level Lessons Learned (LL), integrating joint and coalition LL, and supporting Operational Plan (OPLAN) and Operation Order (OPORD) LL flows.

This position requires an understanding of theater-level operations, joint and coalition operations, and the ability to work within a complex, multi-service environment. Specific Responsibilities
* Capture and document theater-level Lessons Learned across MARFORPAC's area of operations
* Integrate joint Lessons Learned from U.S. military services operating within INDOPACOM
* Coordinate and integrate coalition Lessons Learned from partner nations and allied forces
* Support OPLAN and OPORD development by incorporating relevant LL into operational planning processes
* Manage LL flows and workflows to ensure timely dissemination to appropriate stakeholders
* Coordinate with INDOPACOM staff, component commands, and subordinate Marine units on LL matters
* Analyze theater-level trends and patterns to identify systemic issues and opportunities for improvement
* Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership
* Maintain LL databases and knowledge management systems for theater-level operations
* Support after-action review processes for major exercises, operations, and engagements
* Facilitate LL working groups and coordination meetings with joint and coalition partners Requirements

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of relevant military, joint operations, or analytical experience
* Graduate of Marine Corps Command & Staff College or Marine Corps Senior Enlisted Professional Military Education course
* Active Secret clearance required; ability to obtain Top Secret preferred
* Retired or former Marine Corps Officer (O-4 and above) or Senior Enlisted (E-8/E-9) strongly preferred
* Experience in military planning, operations, or management analysis at the theater or joint level
* Knowledge of INDOPACOM operations, theater strategy, and joint/coalition operations
* Understanding of OPLAN and OPORD development processes
* Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills with ability to brief senior leaders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, military planning tools, and knowledge management systems
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across multiple organizations and cultures
* Experience working in joint or coalition environments highly desirable

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
* Work is performed in a typical office environment at Camp H.M. Smith, Oahu, Hawaii
* Must be able to work onsite at MARFORPAC headquarters as required
* May require extended hours to support planning cycles and operational requirements
* Occasional attendance at exercises or conferences may be required Travel
