Our Deloitte AI & Engineering team is transforming technology platforms, driving innovation, and helping make a significant impact on our clients’ success. You’ll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes that are critical to businesses. Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.

Work You’ll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will play a critical role in driving informed decision‑making and operational efficiency by providing advanced data integration, analysis, and visualization support through the Palantir platform. Working closely with both military and civilian personnel, the analyst ensures that data‑driven insights are seamlessly embedded into operational planning, intelligence analysis, and strategic initiatives. This position is ideal for an adaptable, consultative data professional eager to optimize complex workflows and make a measurable impact in a dynamic, mission‑driven environment.

Develop, maintain, and optimize robust data models in Palantir to support diverse operational and intelligence objectives. Align data sources from multiple systems to enable comprehensive analysis and reporting.

Conduct thorough analysis of large, complex datasets, leveraging tools such as SQL, Python, or R. Develop interactive dashboards, visualizations, and custom reports in Palantir to facilitate actionable intelligence and enhance situational awareness.

Work directly with military and civilian teams to gather requirements, translate operational challenges into data solutions, and present clear findings. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure all stakeholders understand and can act upon data‑driven insights.

Support mission‑critical initiatives such as integrating data for operational strategies (e.g., troop movement optimization, supply chain efficiency) and streamlining intelligence processes. Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for further effectiveness across the organization.

Advise operational teams on best practices for data utilization, quality, and security within the Palantir ecosystem. Proactively introduce enhancements to data workflows and analytical approaches.

Manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality analytical products. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities during rapid‑response scenarios or operational surges.
