Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking an Intelligence Analyst/ All Source Analyst to support a Federal government client.

As an Intelligence Analyst/ All Source Analyst, you will:

• Study, analyze, advise, research, and develop deliverables to advance Homeland Defense related scientific and technical information (STI) through the application of knowledge and resources in achieving the Requiring Activity’s (RA's) mission requirements defined herein.
• Provide analytical deliverables (primarily intelligence assessments), situational awareness on the battlefield, and increase the survivability and protection of U.S. Forces and critical U.S. Army technologies
• Synchronize CI and HUMINT, Law Enforcement (LE), and security analysis to reduce the vulnerabilities of emerging technologies and to recommend methodologies to counter foreign intelligence and insider threats to the DoD

• Active TS/SCI clearance required, and must be willing and able to obtain a CI Polygraph with no Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment
  and periodic basis.
• Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department All
  - Source Analysis Certifying Courses:
  • Army – Officer Basic and/or Advance Course (or Military Department/IC equivalent)
  • Army – 350F Course (or Military Department/IC equivalent)
  • Army – 35F Course (or Military Department/IC equivalent)
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an All-Source Analyst (cannot be substituted for college education)
• Understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the MDMP
• Familiarization with DCGS-A
• Must possess an understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the military decision making process (MDMP)
• Must be familiar with the distributed common ground system-army (DCGS-A)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific position with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the concepts involved in the specific functions outlined in the specified labor category description
• Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to work semi-independently with oversight and direction
• Demonstrated ability to use logic when evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information
• Demonstrated understanding of interpreting analysis to include, but not limited to, its meaning, importance, and implications
• Demonstrated ability to defend analytic judgements with sound, logical conclusions and adapt analytic judgments when presented with new information, evolving conditions, or unexpected developments
• Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), electronic/soft copy matrices, and/or web-enabled formats
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner, both verbally and non-verbally, with strong grammar skills
• Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrated ability to develop structured research including, but not limited to, obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information within security and data protocols
