Tactical Operations Lead

• Compensation: USD 124,512 - USD 168,091 - yearly

SOSi is looking for a Tactical Operations Lead to drive mission-focused execution at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. This role sits at the center of daily operations—aligning teams, streamlining workflows, and ensuring tactical objectives are executed with precision and purpose.

• Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations across all work areas.
• Ensuring alignment with TO objectives.
• Seamless execution of operational activities.
• Coordinating and managing IT services, system administration, system upgrades, cybersecurity operations, network maintenance, monitoring and enforcing compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and C5
  
  ISR IT.

• Active in-scope TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.

• Possess an active certification in one of the following: PMI Project Management Professional or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP).
• Minimum of five years of experience managing a program of similar scope and complexity to this TO.

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
• Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends.
• Target Salary Range: $124,512 to $168,091.
