Position SummaryHawaii State Federal Credit Union (HSFCU) is seeking an Enterprise Platform leader who brings deep technical expertise within a financial institution and a people‑first leadership style. As the Department Manager, you are a leader who balances operational excellence with technological innovation. You understand the complexity of banking ecosystems and integrated financial platforms, and you are energized by modernizing how technology enables the business and develops the people behind it. You will lead the team responsible for HSFCU’s core banking application and critical enterprise systems, working side‑by‑side with business leaders to deliver stable, secure, and modern technical system solutions.
You will build accountability and trust within teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- At least 8 years of experience in administrating, supporting, and maintaining enterprise platforms.
- At least 5 years of managing technical teams and managing enterprise IT projects.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of core banking systems and integrated banking systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT service management best practices and frameworks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of vendor management principles.
- Department Manager (or Senior, commensurate with skill set): $93,714 - $152,285
