** About the Role*
* We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to own end-to-end experiences within a product area, driving both discovery and delivery.

You'll shape product direction, elevate team practices, and integrate AI into the design process in thoughtful, high-leverage ways.

** What You'll Do*
* + Lead discovery efforts to identify high-impact opportunities

+ Shape product direction through strong problem framing and insight

+ Define success metrics and evaluate outcomes

+ Design scalable, end-to-end experiences across a product area

+ Use AI and other emerging technologies to accelerate research synthesis, concept exploration, and iteration

+ Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and stakeholders

+ Mentor designers on craft, product thinking, and modern tooling

+ Raise the bar for design quality and critique

** What We're Looking For*
* + 5-8+ years of experience in product/UX design

+ Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows

+ Proven ability to influence product direction and roadmap decisions

+ Strong experience leading discovery and research initiatives

+ Demonstrated ability to harness AI and new technologies to evolve design workflows, streamline collaboration with engineering, and accelerate high-quality product delivery.

+ Systems thinking across features and journeys

+ Ability to clearly and professionally articulate and defend design decisions, and manage stakeholders

* + Case studies demonstrating ownership of a product area or major initiative

+ Clear examples of discovery, problem framing, and outcome definition

+ Work that spans multiple features or user journeys

+ Strong storytelling that connects design decisions to impact
