We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Technical Manager to lead technical teams supporting CARE
* Link and broader IT operations. This role requires a strong leader who can drive collaboration, manage change effectively, and ensure delivery against organizational timelines and strategic goals.
- Lead and manage IT teams supporting CARE
* Link and related operational systems - Foster a collaborative “one team” culture across IT and operational departments
- Translate organizational strategy into clear, actionable plans for team execution
- Oversee system performance, downtime support, and operational continuity
- Drive accountability and ensure delivery of projects within established timelines
- Support organizational change initiatives by setting expectations and providing structure
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align IT services with business needs
- People Leadership & Cultural Alignment:
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams - Collaboration:
Strong cross-functional partnership skills across IT and operations - Change Management:
Ability to guide teams through change, establish structure, and execute strategic initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered (e.g., 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
- A bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline may be preferred depending on area of assignment
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology, preferably within acute care facility, or an integrated healthcare delivery or application systems environment
- At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Healthcare information systems, Clinical systems and revenue cycle systems
- Experience with organizational change management and process improvement methodologies preferred
