Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Technical Manager to lead technical teams supporting CARE
* Link and broader IT operations. This role requires a strong leader who can drive collaboration, manage change effectively, and ensure delivery against organizational timelines and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage IT teams supporting CARE
    * Link and related operational systems
  • Foster a collaborative “one team” culture across IT and operational departments
  • Translate organizational strategy into clear, actionable plans for team execution
  • Oversee system performance, downtime support, and operational continuity
  • Drive accountability and ensure delivery of projects within established timelines
  • Support organizational change initiatives by setting expectations and providing structure
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align IT services with business needs

Minimum Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered (e.g., 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
  • A bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline may be preferred depending on area of assignment
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology, preferably within acute care facility, or an integrated healthcare delivery or application systems environment
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Healthcare information systems, Clinical systems and revenue cycle systems
  • Experience with organizational change management and process improvement methodologies preferred
