Data Scientist, Mid

We are looking for a data scientist to help unlock insights from complex datasets across multiple sectors including fraud detection, cancer research, and national intelligence.

• Work closely with clients to understand their questions and data needs.

• Analyze and clean large structured and unstructured datasets.

• Develop predictive models, quantitative analyses, and visualizations.

• Lead the design and implementation of algorithms and systems.

• Present findings to non‑technical audiences and advise decision makers.

• 3+ years of experience with data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, or mining.
• Experience with Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience developing predictive models and quantitative analyses.
• Experience leading solution development for complex programs.
• Experience with natural language processing, text mining, or machine learning techniques.
• Knowledge of intelligence analysis processes, requirements, and challenges.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or mathematics.

• Experience working in a DoW or IC environment.
• Strong communication skills for non‑technical audiences in a collaborative setting.
• Ability to transform poorly defined problems into well‑defined questions.
• Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, and innovation in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary range: $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). Compensation is determined by location, education, skills, experience, and contract requirements.
