** Tactical Operations Lead
** to drive mission-focused execution at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. This role sits at the center of daily operations-aligning teams, streamlining workflows, and ensuring tactical objectives are executed with precision and purpose.

Essential

Job Duties

+ Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations across all work areas.

+ Ensuring alignment with TO objectives.

+ Seamless execution of operational activities.

+ Coordinating and managing IT services, system administration, system upgrades, cybersecurity operations, network maintenance, monitoring and enforcing compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and C5

ISR IT.

** Qualifications*
* Minimum Requirements

+ Active in-scope TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Possess an active certification in one of the following: PMI Project Management Professional or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP).

+ Minimum of five years of experience managing a program of similar scope and complexity to this TO.
