Data Analyst
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to align project goals.
- Track project milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate meetings, document progress, and provide regular status reports.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve project efficiency.
- Ensure projects comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in project coordination, internships, or related roles.
- Foundational understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Level: Senior
- Years of Experience (Guideline): 7–10 years
- Salary Range: $125,000 – $160,000
This position may be eligible for a discretionary annual accountability bonus based on individual and company performance.
The salary range represents the expected base pay for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.

This role primarily involves working in a professional office environment and may require extended periods of sitting, computer use, and participation in virtual or in-person meetings. Occasional travel may be required based on project and client needs.
