Bishop & Company, Inc. is seeking an IT Specialist for Help Desk support at a local bank in Honolulu, Hawaii. This full-time position offers a schedule of Monday to Friday, 7AM to 4PM, and requires on-site work. Candidates must reside on Oahu.
The role includes serving as the first point of contact for technical support, managing tickets, administering user accounts, and troubleshooting a variety of technical issues. A High School Diploma and at least 3 years of experience in support roles are required.
Compensation is between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour, based on the candidate's skills and experience.
