Quality Assurance​/Project Management Intern

Hi! Spiralytics, Inc. is looking for a Quality Assurance/Project Management Intern!

• Write clear and concise test plans, test cases, and bug reports
• Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results
• Monitor and create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Implement QA processes, standards, and controls
• Analyze test results and prepare test summary reports
• Review and analyze software requirements for completeness, lack of ambiguity, and testability
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Collaborate with the engineering and design team to deliver comprehensive tests
• Use agile methodologies to ensure predictable work delivery
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
• Deeply learn the business needs and requirements to provide the best scalable software solution for users
• Assign project tickets and tasks
• Collaborate with other departments in terms of project updates

• Currently enrolled with an internship requirement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail
• Proficient in GSuite (Sheets, Docs, and Slides)
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem‑solving skills
• Can quickly self‑learn new technologies & find solutions to problems online
