AEP is partnering with a well-established local Hawaii organization who is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and maintain their IT infrastructure. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a stable environment, takes ownership of day‑to‑day IT operations, and is comfortable working with legacy Windows‑based systems.

Compensation: $94,000- $110,000 base
Responsibilities- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and user accounts
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple locations
- Manage system backups, patches, and updates across the infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Support end users across retail/operations locations throughout Oahu
- Coordinate with vendors and third‑party IT service providers
- Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures
- Assist with hardware procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management
- 7+ years of experience in a systems administration or IT support role
- Solid hands‑on experience with Windows Server (2012/2016) and Active Directory
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related tools
- Experience supporting multi‑site or distributed environments a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a calm, solution‑oriented mindset
- Hawaii‑based or relocating — local candidates strongly preferred
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification
- Experience with legacy systems and hardware
- Retail or operations IT support background
