Job Type Full-time Description Joint Fires Electromagnetic Warfare Planner Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking an experienced and versatile Joint Fires Electromagnetic Warfare Planner to provide research, analysis, and rapid plans support to address new and emerging situations and threats across the Indo-Pacific in support of U.S Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) J3 Integrated Joint Fires Center (IJFC). This position is located at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.

* Have the experience and knowledge to support Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) that will ensure freedom of action and mission assurance in all domains throughout the Indo-Pacific. Responsibilities
* Support the Joint Fires Division in the Operations Directorate in the integration of Electromagnetic Warfare into planning efforts.
* Provide assistance to the senior-level strategic planning and briefings, including preparing formal papers and background information for USINDOPACOM senior leaders' consumption.
* Provide research and analysis of various EW-related national security policies, military strategies, and capability integration that support USINDOPACOM operations and exercises.
* Have the experience and knowledge to support Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) that will ensure freedom of action and mission assurance in all domains throughout the Indo-Pacific. Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of documented Electromagnetic Warfare experience in lieu of a degree.
* At least 10 years' combined experience in Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) operations, capability development, and/or policy.
* At least 3 years' experience at a Combatant Command or Service Component HQ.
* At least 3 years' experience in the Indo-Pacific Area of Operations (AOR).
* Experience with targeting and joint fires to assist USINDOPACOM in developing, coordinating, and executing EW operations as part of the management and execution of the targeting plans and joint fires/effects within the Indo-Pacific AOR.
* Familiar with INDOPACOM Theater Campaign Plan (TCP), Deliberate and Crisis Action Plans, and Operations Plans (OPLANS).
* Experience in writing reports, graphics, and information papers.
* Experience analyzing operational data.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and SharePoint collaborative tools.
* Knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools in support of government client objectives (e.g.
* GPT, GenAI, Ask Sage, MAVEN, Python, etc.).
Preferred
* Master's Degree and/or attendance at the Service Command and General Staff College.
* Experience coordinating with other Department of Defense (DoD) entities, including the Joint Staff, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and INDOPACOM's Service Components.
* Graduate of Joint Electromagnetic Warfare Theater Operations Course.
* Graduate of Joint Targeting Staff Course.
