Oceanit is seeking an experienced and collaborative Broadband Project Administrator to support the planning, development, and implementation of broadband infrastructure and technology initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic project leader who can effectively manage complex programs, coordinate diverse stakeholders, navigate federal and state environmental review and clearance processes, and help drive broadband expansion efforts that improve connectivity and create lasting community impact.

• Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to establish project goals, objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
• Manage project resources, timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate broadband project activities and maintain accountability across multiple work streams.
• Identify opportunities to expand broadband services and develop technology programs that generate value and long-term sustainability.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in coordination with senior leadership.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, including telecommunications providers, government agencies, community organizations, environmental groups, and private sector partners.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather input, resolve challenges, negotiate agreements, and advance project objectives.
• Support community outreach efforts and public engagement initiatives related to broadband planning and deployment.

• Collaborate with technical broadband leadership to support the design, development, and implementation of broadband infrastructure plans.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and solutions that improve broadband performance, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing strategic recommendations that align technical capabilities with client and community needs.
• Contribute subject matter expertise through presentations, reports, public testimony, and stakeholder briefings.

• Work closely with leadership, technical teams, clients, and community stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable information for diverse audiences.
• Support the development of project documentation, status reports, presentations, and funding-related materials.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Public Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal relationship-building abilities.
• Experience coordinating diverse stakeholder groups and facilitating collaborative decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
