Job Summary

Hawaii News Now is seeking a Digital Sales Assistant to join a winning sales team. The role involves booking business, optimizing orders, and ensuring fulfillment for advertising partner campaigns. The Assistant supports Media Executives, serves as a secondary client contact when needed, and manages campaign booking, maintenance, and optimization. The position also creates brand touchpoints for clients through social media content, website articles, and videos.

• Book and manage advertising sales opportunities across Hawaii News Now properties.
• Optimize campaign orders and monitor fulfillment for partner campaigns.
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, providing timely communication and support.
• Manage project timelines, maintain campaign data, and prepare performance analyses.
• Produce engaging social media content and website articles showcasing client interactions.
• Monitor and maintain client data and campaign documentation.
• Primary duties include all of the above, but are not limited to these tasks.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and thoughtful.
• Focused on data-driven storytelling for clients.
• Committed to taking on new tasks and working them to completion.
• Confident when talking to new people or asking tough questions.
• Strong communicator, both written and oral.
• Basic video editing and social media marketing preferred.

Mon - Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

$43,000 - $50,000 / yr (DOE).
