Aloha! One of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide surge support for its WIN 11 Deployment. WIN 11 Deployment experience is preferred but not required. The Hiring Manager will consider strong Desktop Support generalists with high capability and eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities- Deploy and support Windows 11 across the organization, including imaging and migration of test groups of users.
- Provide desktop support for hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Work independently, often after hours and during off‑peak times.
- Experience with imaging.
- Strong desktop support experience (standard hardware/software troubleshooting) and ability to migrate test group of users.
- Flexible schedule to perform imaging during the day and deployments at night.
- Availability to work after hours (e.g., 5 PM - 10 PM).
- Ability to work independently.
Multiple bank locations across the island—including branches and offices. Candidates will use their own vehicle as the mode of transportation, with mileage reimbursement provided. The role is a 6‑month contract with a high likelihood to extend.
Job Type and LocationContract position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
