The Enterprise Projects & Vendor Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Honolulu, HI. This role is responsible for coordinating and tracking enterprise-level projects, including defining requirements, monitoring timelines, managing risks, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The analyst will support vendor selection and onboarding processes, evaluate vendor performance against service-level agreements, and maintain accurate vendor documentation and contracts. On a daily basis, the role involves gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports and dashboards, and recommending improvements to project delivery and vendor management practices.
The analyst will collaborate closely with business units, IT, procurement, and leadership to align projects and vendor activities with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in project coordination or project analysis, including requirements gathering, timeline management, and status reporting.
- Knowledge of vendor management practices, such as vendor evaluation, contract review, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis, trend identification, and the ability to develop actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms, and documentation tools).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build positive working relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions, especially in a regulated environment, is preferred.
- Familiarity with risk management, compliance requirements, and basic contract terms is a plus.
