Salesforce Administrator - Full Time Temporary

Bishop & Company has an immediate opening for an experienced Salesforce Administrator for a full‑time temporary role. The position is in Downtown Honolulu, 40 hours per week in‑office Monday‑Friday 8 a.m.‑5 p.m. No parking is provided.

Only Oahu candidates will be considered at this time.

The anticipated length of assignment is 2 to 3 months, but may vary based on business need.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce configuration capabilities.
• Build and maintain flows, validation rules, formula fields, page layouts, and record types.
• Create and manage reports and dashboards to meet user and leadership needs.
• Maintain user roles, permission sets, profiles, and license assignments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and platform errors.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM processes including incident, request, and change management.
• Contribute to governance practices such as design reviews and release schedules.
• Support platform performance monitoring and adoption tracking.
• Monitor and manage daily ticket intake including incidents, access requests, and minor enhancements.
• Perform regular data quality audits and deduplication.
• Participate in release planning and testing cycles.
• Support sandbox management and data refresh coordination.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user training.
• Partner with business analysts and platform lead to gather requirements and translate them into configuration solutions.
• Assist in facilitating user acceptance testing sessions and user training.
• Communicate clearly with end users on platform capabilities and updates.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least 2+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration and platform support required.

Compensation is unique to each candidate and based on skills and experience. The typical rate is $19.35‑$29.00 per hour, though it may be higher based on experience.
