Job Title

The duties include coordinating with organizations to identify areas for business process reengineering, conducting a needs analysis to establish customer requirements for information technology (IT) systems or equipment, developing an information technology (IT) master plan for the standardization of systems, applications, tools, data, and processes for IT systems, defining an information technology (IT) system project action plans and objectives to achieve short-term and long-term goals, assigning and reassigning personnel to meet changing workloads and projects, and partnering with operation centers to work through events that impact network operations (e.g., network outages, cyber-attacks, spillages, unauthorized access, natural disaster).
