Position: IT Infrastructure Analyst and Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst (Professional)
IT Infrastructure AnalystJob Function: Responsible for planning, coordinating, installing, maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing the distributed computing environment, including server/desktop operating systems, network infrastructure, voice and data communication systems. Provides level two technical support to the department and user community. Participates in integration of corporate networks.
Essential Functions- Plans, researches and directs the installation, configuration, maintenance, operation and optimization of business IT systems, services, users and software configurations including Windows, Unix servers, LAN/WAN, desktop applications, storage system and supporting infrastructure.
- Serves as primary support for systems to meet organization‑agreed service agreements; responsible for patching, regular maintenance, inventory/capacity management, monitoring and event resolution. Available beyond core business hours for emergency support and after‑hour maintenance.
- Collaborates with internal customers and team members to create solutions for business IT requests, including hardware, software and processes.
- Researches and upgrades personal skills to stay current with industry best practices and shares knowledge with co‑workers; capable of presenting to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Documents decisions, processes and procedures; uses business software tools to clearly communicate work product.
- Leads smaller project teams and collaborates with project managers on larger enterprise‑based projects.
- Participates in company emergency response activities as assigned.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of information and office technology principles, normally acquired through college level courses or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of data and telecommunications hardware, software, and network configurations.
- Knowledge of supported PC and technical workstation systems and application software.
- Demonstrated knowledge of network operating systems (e.g., Windows, UNIX).
- Working knowledge of Cisco networking concepts and operations.
- Specialty in networking, desktop computing, server computing, enterprise storage management or telephony/business communication systems.
- Preference for experience with SCCM, MDT/OSD, AppV, RDS/Terminal Services, MDM, VDI, A/D GPOs, Print management, VTC, Endpoint Security, SCORCH, VBScript, and Power Shell.

Experience Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience with data and telecommunications hardware and network installation, administration and troubleshooting.
- 1–3 years of experience within an enterprise computing environment with an understanding of modern business IT practices.
- 1–3 years of project management experience.
Job Function: Provides superior knowledge and primary technical support for the distributed computing infrastructure, including server/desktop operating systems, Internet services and various hardware platforms. Responsible for planning, coordinating, installing, maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing the foundation of the company’s business information systems.
Essential Functions- Serves as the primary technical resource for IT systems, hardware and infrastructure; handles complex second and third level technical problems from Infrastructure Analysts.
