You Have- 4+ years of experience supporting secure environments such as the DoD
- 4+ years of experience providing Tier I, II, and III support for Windows-based systems
- Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments in a production setting
- Experience creating and deploying desktop operating system images and working with Microsoft Azure and DEPO services
- Experience with basic administration of Cisco VTC or VoIP systems
- Experience updating and managing antivirus and antimalware products
- Knowledge of LAN technologies, including Layer 2 switching and Layer 3 routing
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- Experience with AWS services or hybrid cloud environments
- Experience with Windows Server 2012 and 2016, Windows 11, Windows 365, and basic exchange administration
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI and Tableau
- Experience supporting or integrating System Applications and Products (SAP) systems
- Ability to automate tasks and support system administration through scripting
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Azure Administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
