Service Now Architect
Hana Technologies and Systems (HTS) is seeking an experienced Service Now Architect to lead the design and delivery of Service Now solutions for federal customers. This strategic role partners with leadership and business stakeholders to develop technology roadmaps, architect scalable platform solutions, and guide complex implementations across multiple Service Now modules.
The ideal candidate is a trusted technical advisor with Service Now expertise, strong consulting skills, and the ability to translate business objectives into innovative, secure, and scalable solutions. Candidates must reside in Honolulu.

Key Responsibilities- Partner with key leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand business objectives and translate them into Service Now platform strategies.
- Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design activities with customer leadership.
- Design enterprise-wide Service Now architectures spanning multiple modules, integrations, and business units.
- Develop technology roadmaps that align Service Now capabilities with organizational goals and long-term digital transformation initiatives.
- Establish platform governance, security standards, development best practices, and operational procedures.
- Oversee technical solution design throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Provide architectural guidance for integrations using APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Mentor developers, administrators, and implementation teams while promoting technical excellence and consistent delivery standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and customer stakeholders to manage technical risks, dependencies, and implementation priorities.
- Stay current on Service Now platform capabilities and recommend enhancements that improve business outcomes.
