• Provide top‑notch support for the ERP system, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting system issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and document business requirements ensuring system enhancements meet expectations.
• Assist in the implementation, testing, and management of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead implementation of solutions to boost operational efficiency.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to guarantee system changes meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting of complex issues, guiding them to resolution.
• Support the VP of Business Systems in managing business system vendors to ensure top‑notch service and performance.
• Provide comprehensive reports on billing, revenue management, procurement, and manufacturing.

• Solid understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; hands‑on experience is a bonus.
• Enthusiastic about technology with a hunger for learning and implementing new tools and solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to find solutions independently.
• Excellent customer service skills to engage with users at all technical levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
