Job Summary
The Product Assessment Specialist is responsible for accurately registering repairs coming into the workshop from our retail stores and from clients. They make proper assessments of repairs and enter the data correctly into the system for tracking and charging purposes.
ResponsibilitiesAccurately register repairs and enter data into the system for tracking and charging.
Qualifications & Requirements- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in a data entry capacity.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- Basic computer, 10‑key, and data entry skills.
- Ability to work overtime as required by business demands.
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks and respond quickly and effectively to changes in priorities.
