• Customer Onboarding and Engagement:
  Spearhead the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients by maintaining open lines of communication, addressing their needs through support tickets, phone, and live chat.
• Campaign Management and Optimization:
  Guide clients in setting up and refining their feed campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Shopping, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, ensuring optimal performance and visibility.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
  Provide expert-level support, resolving technical issues related to data integration, e‑commerce platforms, and shopping channels. Act as a crucial link between clients and our internal teams to facilitate swift resolution of challenges.
• Strategic Analysis and Issue Resolution:
  Monitor and analyze issue reports, dive deep into data discrepancies, bulk edits, and analytics to troubleshoot and resolve underlying issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Technically Proficient:
  You have a solid grasp of technical concepts such as data integration technologies (XML, HTML, API).
• Problem Solver:
  Known for your critical thinking skills, you excel at diagnosing and resolving technical problems, ensuring customer satisfaction and campaign success.
