Xerox Holdings is seeking a Desktop Systems Specialist to maintain desktops and laptops at the HQ and remote locations. You will respond to user needs, handle Service Desk tickets, move equipment, install hardware and software, and support ongoing projects.
Key duties include using SCCM 2102, supporting Windows 10 and Office 365, resolving end‑user issues, and ensuring asset management and inventory updates while attending site 5 days a week, 8am–5pm.
