PRIMARY

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Support reliability of the Records Management (RM) software/hardware used for Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Exelon internal RM applications and related interface applications. Resolve routine Records and Document Control (DC) processing problems, data issues, user assistance. Perform system administration and testing support. Provide assistance to Site Records Management department and backup Site Records Manager(s) as needed.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support software enhancements and issue resolution of the RM/DC software/hardware used for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) (e.g. Documentum, FCMS), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) (e.g. Pass Port), Exelon internal RM applications and related interface applications. Identify innovation enhancements, promote standardized processes, data and systems.
Resolve routine RM/DC processing problems, data issues, user assistance. Elevate complex issues in a timely manner.
Perform system administration and software testing, including off‑hours, to support implementation.
Perform data analysis, data conversions and data validations for RM/DC processes, site integrations, software platform migrations and bulk data loads.
Develop/maintain user desktops, lead change management on software technology changes and support initial and continued refresher training to RM department staff and outside departments.
Perform assessments on RM program implementation and performance.
Backup Site Records Manager(s) as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

BS Degree with 2 years of direct applicable experience OR
Associates Degree with 3 years of direct applicable experience OR
High School education and a minimum of 5 years of direct applicable experience
Ability to work independently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with EAM (e.g. Pass Port) and ECM (e.g. EDMS, FCMS) solution
MS Access experience
Nuclear records/document control and other department processes
