We're seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support a large-scale PC refresh and lifecycle replacement project in a healthcare environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on desktop support experience while working with end users and modern technology deployments.
What You'll Do
- Provide desktop support for Windows-based devices
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Image and deploy new PCs and laptops
- Assist with device replacements and migration activities
- Support Office 365 and Active Directory-related tasks
- Decommission and remove outdated equipment
- Deliver excellent customer service to end users
- Perform additional technical support duties as assigned
- Experience with desktop support, help desk, or technical support
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting experience
- Experience imaging and deploying devices
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Exposure to Active Directory and/or Office 365
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when moving equipment
- PC refresh or deployment project experience
- Hardware installation and configuration
- End-user support in a professional environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
