Associate, Quality Engineer II

Location:

Chennai, TN – Hybrid.

• Uses defined or documented processes to collect and define requirements from businesses or functional areas.
• Execute User Acceptance Test plans, as well as testing system modifications to prepare for implementation.
• Works with users and peers on planning, implementing, and supporting new or existing applications. Uses knowledge of business needs to provide design support to software and application development teams.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional team, stakeholders, and business leaders.
• Provides data‑driven recommendations and reports to business.
• Facilitate training and guidance to technical team.
• Writing scope document.
• Writing business requirement document, user stories/use cases, acceptance criteria.

• Expertise in Software Testing/User Acceptance Testing.
• Experience in Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of Payments domain.
• Experience in using Jira/Confluence.
