Qualifications:
- Has collaborated with innovation teams to develop technical solutions for non-standard operational requirements
- Has knowledge of routing, switching, firewall technologies and how it impacts data flow through the network architecture
- Has previously interpreted network analysis reports to identify fault, sub-optimal configurations, and produce feasible solutions
- Has previously deployed cloud-based VPN solutions
- Experienced with WinTAK, TRAX, Tactical Data Link systems
- Must be DoW 8140 under the Work Role Code 451 – System Administrator - Intermediate level or higher by 1 Oct 26.

Systems Engineers to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3. This position is located at Camp H.M. Smith, HI.
The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (Net Ops); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support;
provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end‑user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.
Systems Engineers perform engineering level support in accordance with the SIE OPORD, ensuring compliance with all technical requirements, system specifications, and performance standards.
Responsibilities:- Developing, maintaining, and supporting technical infrastructure, hardware, and system software components
- Performing installation, maintenance, optimization, and support of system software and hardware
- Configuring, debugging, and supporting multiple infrastructure platforms
- Engineer and lead the enterprise cloud environments and system software components
- Providing support and technical expertise in Directory Services technology, including DNS, GPO, ADFS, DFS, Domains and Trust, Sites and Services, and Role Based Access Control
- Provide support of Identity Management roles, policies, hardware, software, maintain AD/GAL synchronization
- Support Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) roles, policies, hardware, software, and procedures needed to create, manage, distribute, use, store, and revoke digital certificates and manage public-key encryption
- Performing high-level root cause analysis in support of service interruption recovery, as well as creating and documenting preventive measures
- Working as a strong team contributor and providing technical expertise
- Working with the Government to understand their requirements and evaluate possible technical solutions
- Engineer host environments to support complex operational databases, software configuration control and system interfaces for computer systems related to customer requirements
- Maintain file servers, network access; document, analyze, and troubleshoot system anomalies to ensure optimum equipment performance
