Norseman Services is hiring a Service Now Developer to support a federal customer's Service Now platform, working onsite in Oʻahu, HI. You'll work alongside the customer's existing team of four developers to expand ITOM maturity, harden foundational data, and configure across the platform's full licensed footprint, augmenting the team's capacity rather than operating independently.

• Stand up MID Servers for the customer's NIPRNET environment (none exist today) and configure Discovery for its configuration items.
• Integrate discovery sources through Service Graph connectors, including endpoint management and network monitoring tooling.
• Populate and govern the CMDB -- today manually ingested and largely unowned -- introducing and aligning to CSDM and establishing CI ownership.
• Configure Indoor Mapping to visualize assets across the customer's physical location.
• Integrate Active Directory to enrich user attributes such as organization and location, and support SSO context tied to DoD Enterprise ICAM.
• Support ITSM, Hardware and Software Asset Management, and Strategic Portfolio Management configuration across the broader platform footprint as capacity allows.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders, and integrate into the customer's existing development team, following its coding standards, update-set conventions, and agile cadence.

• Active Secret security clearance required
• U.S. citizenship and CAC eligibility -- sponsorable and able to obtain a Common Access Card following a favorable background investigation.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  Hands-on Service Now development: business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies and actions, Glide Record, and Glide Ajax. Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and scripted REST/SOAP integrations.
• Update set and scoped-application packaging delivered within an agile cadence.
• Comfort working in a DoD NIPRNET and IL4 (Government Community Cloud) environment under CAC-based access and formal change control.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate into an existing development team and adopt established conventions rather than operate independently.

  Based at, or willing to relocate to, Oʻahu, HI, with regular onsite presence at the customer's site.
• Clearance:
  An active Secret clearance is required.
