The Social and Digital Media Specialist will execute a comprehensive digital media strategy, focusing on content creation, platform management, engagement tactics, analytics, and compliance monitoring. This approach aims to elevate the command's online presence by curating engaging multimedia content adhering to Navy messaging guidelines. The specialist will manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent, interactive, and responsive communication reflective of the department's values.

Tailored engagement tactics such as contests and live sessions will foster community participation and audience retention. Regular analysis of metrics will inform data-driven decisions, optimizing strategies for greater impact while ensuring compliance with Navy directives throughout all digital communications.

Experience with in the Federal Government desired.
