Product Content Management Lead

TEKsystems is seeking a Product Content Management Lead to support a healthcare organization within its Enterprise Content Management team.
This role is responsible for leading the strategy, design, automation, governance, and operational management of enterprise plan document content. The ideal candidate will have experience with content management systems, document automation, healthcare plan documentation, and content governance. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for document automation solutions and partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to support content management initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesPlan Document Automation & Content Management
- Lead the design, automation, documentation, maintenance, and control of enterprise plan document content.
- Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to develop and maintain content management solutions.
- Gather and document system and business requirements related to content automation applications.
- Schedule, coordinate, and execute testing activities for document automation and content production.
- Develop and maintain content governance standards, policies, and procedures.
- Support enterprise content management efforts through automation and content intelligence initiatives.
- Organize, document, and train content management users on automation tools and processes.
- Coordinate content management system security and configuration activities with IT teams.
- Support implementation activities and automation updates.
- Assist in resolving complex content and automation-related issues.
- Research, write, and facilitate the production of healthcare plan documents, including:
- Certificates
- Guide to Benefits
- Summary of Changes
- Administrative Services Agreements
- Federal Plan Brochures
- Analyze benefit and language changes and assess impacts to existing plan documents.
- Provide recommendations regarding benefit language, document structure, and content standards.
- Ensure plan document creation and updates comply with established governance and control requirements.
- Maintain document repositories and related tracking databases.
- Ensure document directives and supporting materials are organized and stored according to established procedures.
- Support compliance and audit-related activities as needed.
- 5+ years of experience in content management, content strategy, or enterprise content operations
- Experience working within a healthcare payer, health plan, or managed care environment
- Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits, plan documents, and healthcare lines of business
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and content automation technologies
- Proven ability to create, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Strong understanding of content governance, compliance, and document lifecycle management
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and mentor team members
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Content development experience
- Content creation experience
- Experience training users on content management processes and tools
- Experience supporting document automation solutions
- Experience managing project deliverables
This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
