Lucayan Technology Solutions LLC in Honolulu, Hawaii seeks an IT Helpdesk I to be the first point of contact for IT support in a security-conscious, DoD-aligned environment. Under the guidance of the IT Security Manager, you will perform Tier 1 troubleshooting, assist users, and support day-to-day IT operations while maintaining endpoint security and system integrity.
This on-site role requires a high school diploma (associate preferred) and 1+ year of help desk experience, with DoD 8570 IAT
