• Responsible for leading and growing SAP practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions to clients.
• Drive and oversee the strategic growth of the SAP practice, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to expand services and client base.
• Accountable for the P&L of the SAP practice, implementing effective financial strategies to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges and provide innovative SAP solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Accountable for profitability, revenue growth, delivery, financial management, innovation and risk management.

• Overall 22 years of experience with 10+ years of experience in management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SAP projects (100+ M USD).
• Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong analytical, highly collaborative, and data-driven decision-making skills.
